By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or shop with a parent or guardian.

You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can read your codes can use your account. You're responsible for orders placed from it.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes, discounts and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We work to keep descriptions, photos, stock and prices accurate. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen.
• If a price or stock error slips through, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund it in full.

• Payments are handled by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Your order is confirmed only once Razorpay verifies the payment. If the last unit sells out at the moment you pay, we refund you in full instead of shipping.

We ship within India. You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund. We don't accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer's terms apply, and we'll help you raise a claim. We make no other warranty beyond what Indian consumer law requires.

Reviews and questions you post are public. Keep them honest and relevant: no abuse, spam, personal details or links. We may remove anything that breaks these rules.

Don't misuse the site. That means no breaking the law, attacking or scraping it, placing fraudulent orders or pretending to be someone else. We may block access or cancel orders that break these rules.

The site's design, text and photos belong to Toolbox Powertools or its suppliers. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.

To the extent Indian law allows, Toolbox Powertools is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this site or the products bought through it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered address, shown below.

When we update these terms, we change the "Last updated" date above. Orders already placed stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.
