Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. The product page shows an estimate for your PIN code.
• We send tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS when your order ships. You can also follow it under My orders.
• Toolbox Powertools currently ships within India only.

• An unpaid order can be cancelled instantly from your order page.
• A paid order can be cancelled before it ships. Send a cancellation request from your order page and our team will review it.
• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order ourselves, for example when an item sells out or a price was listed wrongly. If we do, we refund you in full.

• Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet).
• We start the refund within 2 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider usually credits it within 5–7 business days after that.
• If money left your account but the order failed, it's returned automatically, usually within 5–7 business days. Contact us if it hasn't arrived by then.

We don't accept returns or exchanges of delivered items, including for a change of mind. Please check the specifications, and ask us before you buy if you're unsure a tool is right for the job.

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. Once we've confirmed the problem, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no extra cost. Faults that appear later are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where the product has one.
