How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. We send tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS once your order ships, and you can follow it under My orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cards, UPI, net banking and wallets through our secure checkout. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We don't take returns or exchanges. You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, and if an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it. See our Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Open My orders from the menu to see each order's status, or use the order link we send on WhatsApp.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently Toolbox Powertools ships within India only. We're evaluating international shipping for the future.
