Data Deletion

• Message or email us using the details below, with the subject or first line "Data deletion request".
• Include the mobile number you log in with, so we can find your account.
• We may confirm the request with a code sent to that number, so nobody can delete someone else's account.

We confirm we've received your request, then finish within 30 days. If we need to verify your identity first, the 30 days start once you've replied. We let you know when it's done.

• Your account and the mobile number linked to it.
• Saved addresses, your wishlist and your cart.
• Quote requests and messages you've sent us.
• The name shown on your reviews and questions. The text stays, credited anonymously.

• Order and invoice records, including the delivery details on them, for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires. We delete them once that period ends.
• Payment records held by Razorpay under its own legal obligations. We can't delete these for you.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics data, which is aggregated and not linked to you.

• Remove saved addresses and wishlist items under Account.
• Clear this site's data in your browser to remove your guest wishlist, recently viewed products, compare list and other local settings.
• Deleting our WhatsApp chat on your phone only removes your copy. Ask us to delete ours too.
